About the Author
My name is Kelly Fitzsimmons Burton, Ph.D. I have been a student of philosophy for over 28 years and have been teaching philosophy at the college level for 20 years. I was trained in the analytic tradition and have had deep immersion in the continental tradition, but have adopted the classical approach of Socrates as my preferred method of doing and teaching philosophy. Some of my favorite conversation partners include Plato, Aristotle, Hume, and Nietzsche.
